Relationship medicine, you will always see the doctor when you are sick.

Unhurried office visits in a relaxed environment. Same or next day appointments during office hours. 60 minutes new patient and annual visits. 30 minutes sick and follow up visits. Minimal or no wait times for your appointments. ***Practice will be limited to 500 patients***.

Telephone, virtual or home visits when appropriate. (Limited service area for home visits and based on availability).
​
Comprehensive primary care for less than your monthly cell phone bill, pool or lawn maintenance of even daily latte at your favorite coffee shop.

Pricing
Pricing for ages 18-100+ $125/month
Ages 18-24 $25/month (dependent child with parent membership) - must be actively enrolled in school, or residing at parent's address

$100 initial sign up fee, maximum per family $150
$250 rejoin fee, if space available (may be waived by practice based on circumstances)

Cancel at anytime! If at anytime you are not happy with our service you can cancel with appropriate 30 days notice, this will allow time to transition to another physician/practice and receive emergency care as required by law.
What's included
No copays, transparent pricing, quality, comprehensive primary care
Are you copay poor? Since we do not bill insurance or Medicare, your monthly membership covers all services Dr. Nadler can provide within our office. This includes acute care, chronic care and preventive care visits.

In addition, we provide EKGs, minor skin procedures, biopsies and simple laceration (sutures) repairs, joint/bursal aspirations and injections, pap smears and plan to provide expanded services as the practice grows. (Pathology, some supplies and medications are additional at our cost which will be disclosed at time of service).

What is NOT included:

Chronic pain management (although we will assist in referral to a local pain management specialist).

Obstetrics (pregnancy management).

Complex laceration repair (sutures) or management/surveillance of malignant skin conditions (referred to appropriate urgent care or dermatology).

Fracture management (casts or splinting).

Management of bipolar disorder, suicidal behavior, addiction, alcoholism and ADD/ADHD patients are recommended to have a psychiatrist for these conditions. Dr. Nadler DOES manage depression and anxiety.

Legal stuff
We ARE NOT health insurance and recommend at a minimum a high deductible insurance plan or health sharing account for unforeseen medical issues.
Your monthly membership only includes care provided directly by Dr. Nadler at CoastalMED DPC and most services we provide in the office. Medications administered, biopsies and pap smears are provided at discounted costs which will be provided at the time of service.

We DO NOT participate with any insurance plans, including Medicare and Medicaid.
