Jaclyn S. Nadler, MD
Dr. Nadler was born and raised in Charlotte County. She spent her summers on Boca Grande and Englewood beaches and has come back to the area to provide quality medical care to her community.
She is a board-certified internal medicine physician through the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) and National Board of Physicians and Surgeons (NBPAS). She trained at the University of Miami School of Medicine prior to completing internship and residency at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem, NC. She obtained her MBA from Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst. Prior to her medical career she was a an acute care nurse practitioner specializing in cardiology and had staff privileges at several local hospitals. She attended undergraduate and graduate school at the University of Florida in Gainesville. She has worked in several areas of healthcare for over 35 years.

Dr. Nadler precepted and helped train numerous medical students and nurse practitioners at the University of Miami, Wake Forest University, DUKE University, UNC-Chapel Hill and Florida State University College of Medicine.

She has been featured on ABC7 Suncoast View health segment and has served on several local advisory councils, committees and hospital board of trustee member. Hobbies include reading, indoor cycling and kayaking. She and her husband enjoy boating, walks on the beach, learning French and fishing.

Kirk Nadler
Kirk Nadler, is CoastalMED DPC's practice manager and will be assisting Dr. Nadler in her practice. He has a wealth of experience in customer service and has been involved in some aspect of physical fitness for most of his adult life.
​
Originally born in New Jersey, he moved to Venice when he was 16 years old and graduated from Venice High School.
​
He is the "face of CoastalMED", staffing the front desk, scheduling appointments and several other practice management tasks. He is available for consultation to discuss the benefits of DPC, act as a liaison to our vendors and is available for more formal DPC discussions
Kirk enjoys grouper and snook fishing, physical fitness activities and boating.
Meaghan Sharpe
Meaghan Sharpe (pronounced Mēgan), parti time clinical assistant to Dr. Nadler. She'll typically works Thursdays and Fridays and other days as needed.
Meaghan graduate with a BS degree in Medical Technology, she is proficient at vital signs, administering injections and phlebotomy/lab draws when needed on an urgent basis.

Mark Anthony Diaz

Mark is our off-site assistant. He has been with us, going on 2 years. He is responsible for behind the scenes phone calls to pharmacies and insurance companies. He does a lot of administrative tasks such as attaching documents to charts and updating records. He has attended nursing school outside of the U.S. so has strong clinical and organizational skills. From time to time he will call patients for additional clinical information or to schedule visits, primarily during vacation times when Dr. Nadler, Kirk and Meaghan are out of the office.

Even though he is off-site, we communicate with him daily through text, emails and video technology and he remains a valuable member of our CoastalMED DPC team.
