We contract with local and nationally recognized laboratories and imaging centers that offer surprisingly low prices to our patients.

We maintain a list of local pharmacies offering discounted medications and utilize GoodRX to help you save money.  We can also order discounted medications for our members to pick up at our office and offer several acute care medications (at cost) at the time of your visit.

Acute visits are seen same or next day and as a board-certified internal medicine physician, Dr. Nadler has extensive training in multiple subspecialties, including cardiovascular disease, geriatrics, endocrinology, pulmonology, women's health and age management. At CoastalMED DPC, we are dedicated to building long-lasting relationships based on trust and medical integrity with every single patient.

We offer convenient options for care including early morning appointments to work with your busy schedule.  Virtual visits are available when clinically appropriate.  Dr. Nadler is available after-hours by phone, text or email for urgent issues.  No waiting hours for a call back.  Members get direct access to Dr. Nadler's cell phone number and can even text and email.

(*Medical emergencies are required to call 911 or go to your local ER.  Dr. Nadler will be taking approximately 3 weeks off per year for vacation and education time; there are several urgent care and walk in clinics in Englewood and South Venice patients can utilized during her absence).  Notification of these dates/times will be listed on our website.

Dr. Nadler's focus is on health promotion through maintaining a healthy lifestyle with diet and exercise.

She stays current on national guidelines and evidence-based medical best practices for age appropriate cancer and wellness screenings. 

Members get a comprehensive physical examination, nutrition, exercise and preventive health counseling each year.  An electrocardiogram is included for appropriate patients (based on age and risk factors) and lab work or any recommended imaging is offered at discounted prices.  Vaccinations will be recommended (based on age and risk factors) and are available at the local health departments or pharmacy at your cost or as covered by your health plan.
